Tasting Note
Mediterranean fizz with a seaside freshness. Pale yellow, with fine, plentiful bubbles and a delicate mousse. Fresh and clean on the nose, with grapefruit, lemon and white-fleshed fruit, then taut, elegant and refreshing on the palate. A fun, great-value alternative to Prosecco.
Drink it with: it's perfect as an aperitif, with fruity desserts, or just carry on through dinner.
The Winemaking
A 50/50 blend of Piquepoul and Terret, gently pressed in a pneumatic press and fermented cool in stainless steel. Solar panels power the refrigeration that keeps the grapes and juice cool. No oak.
The Vineyards
Some of the oldest vineyards on the Mediterranean coast, on high clay-limestone ground cooled by sea breezes. Machine-harvested at night to keep the grapes fresh, with sustainable farming over chemicals.

Vignerons de Florensac specialise in fresh Mediterranean whites from vineyards near the Étang de Thau, with an eco-minded approach in both vineyard and cellar.
