Tasting Note
Floral, with citrus, ripe fruit, honey, spice and a hint of cardamom. Riesling leads, rounded out by Auxerrois and Pinot Blanc; fresh, taut and long, with minerality and crisp acidity.
Drink it with: sea bream tartare with tropical fruit, smoked trout, or a Mirabelle plum tart.
The Winemaking
Made as a proper wine first: up to 12 months in steel, then dealcoholised with a patented method that keeps its natural aromas. Riper fruit makes up for the body lost with the alcohol. No additives or artificial flavourings.
The Vineyards
Organic, hand-harvested Riesling, Auxerrois and Pinot Blanc from northern Alsace, on sandstone loam, clay-marl and marl.

Oddbird was founded in 2013 by Moa Gürbüzer to offer a genuinely good alcohol-free alternative. The wines are made as proper wines first, with care at every stage from grape and site selection to fermentation, and only then gently dealcoholised to keep their character.
