Tasting Note
Golden with amber tones. Ripe peach, apricot and flowers, then a textured, orchard-fruit palate with well-balanced acidity.
Drink it with: charcuterie, strong or cured cheeses, or lightly spiced Asian dishes. Serve chilled.
The Winemaking
About 15 days on the skins, red-wine style, fermented at 16°C in stainless steel. Gently pressed and aged on its lees. No oak.

Old Garnacha Blanca bush vines around the village of Capçanes, picked in early September.
The Producer
Celler de Capçanes is a village co-operative in the Montsant hills of Catalonia. Since the early 1990s it has worked closely with its growers to become one of the area's leading wineries, with a focus on individual plots and old-vine Garnacha. Anna Rovira is the winemaker.
