Bodegas Dominio de Cair, Cair Cuvee

£25.00

Tasting Note

Youthful, fresh and approachable. Ripe red berries and cherries with hints of vanilla and spice; juicy and silky, with soft tannins and a light touch of oak.

Drink it with: mushroom dishes, or soft cheeses like Brie and Camembert.

The Winemaking

Hand-picked into small 11kg boxes and double-sorted, then fermented in temperature-controlled steel and aged for ten months in used French oak.
