Well balanced and easy to drink. Ripe lemon and delicate tropical fruit, with a refreshing, herbal fennel note on the finish.
Drink it with: fish tacos or chicken enchiladas, or on its own as an aperitif.
The Winemaking
Picked at night to keep it fresh, fermented in stainless steel and aged for at least three months on the lees with stirring. No oak.
